Client Coordinator

Our Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center-West (MMTC-West) team offers personalized consulting services to West Michigan manufacturers to promote operational excellence, business growth, and greater profitability. As Client Coordinator for MMTC-West, you will coordinate and promote customer consulting engagements, training projects, user groups, and workshops. You will also monitor compliance with contracts and agreements. Your role will be integral in supporting the organization's mission and maintaining its reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide administrative support, including developing proposals and data entry.
• Support user groups with event planning, recruiting new members, and conducting year-end evaluations.
• Prepare invoices and reports for projects, maintaining proper documentation and records.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities.
